CareCircle uses WhatsApp to have natural conversations with seniors. These conversations are preserved, organized, and shared with family members based on the senior's preferences.
Do I need to download an app?
No! CareCircle works through WhatsApp, which you likely already have on your phone. There's no new app to learn.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your stories are only shared with family members you approve. You can set privacy levels for each story and control who sees what.
Can I use voice messages instead of typing?
Absolutely! Many of our users prefer to record voice messages. We automatically transcribe them for easier reference later.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can easily change your subscription plan at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my stories if I cancel?
Your stories will remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to download and save them. After that, they will be archived.
